  I rang regarding a property to let and after advising I had 2 pets and offering to pay a extra deposit and could get references for them was told no (despite the ad showing a pet bed in the kitchen). Rather offhand attitude and I wasnt even asked what sort of property I was looking for in case something else suitable came in.
  
  I have just had a lovely conversation with one of the bosses who has apologised for what happened so have upped my rating to reflect this. A much appreciated call .
